Management
We strive to customize the services that we provide to our clients to accommodate their specific needs and utilize their existing service providers, while recognizing that there are certain common needs that exist among all of our clients.
Each of our clients has three zones of influence in his or her professional life: (i) Income; (ii) Maintenance; and (iii) Expense. To better understand these concepts, we ask our clients to consider the following three questions:
- Income – What are my sources of income? (Talent Agency | Professional Athlete | Entrepreneur | Creative Arts)
- Maintenance – How do I handle my business relationships? (Business Management | Creative Solutions | Consulting)
- Expense – What do I do with my income? (Personal Management)
Each of these zones of influence may have different implications for clients and require tailored solutions. For example, a talent agent may secure work that earns income for a client. However, the talent agent may provide little or no ongoing assistance to the client in the maintenance of the business relationship. Similarly, once income is earned, there often is no assistance to the client concerning its preservation and use.
Ultimately, the three zones of influence translate into three separate services: (i) Relationship Management; (ii) Business Management; and (iii) Personal Management.
